Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in converting leads into clients through effective negotiation, business development, and account management strategies. This role involves engaging with potential clients across various industries, including B2B sales, technology sales, and marketing, to drive revenue growth. The Sales Closer will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and strengthening existing relationships through exceptional customer service and sales expertise.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Utilize analysis skills to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Leverage CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits clearly to clients.
- Offer exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of successful closing.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales activities.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs for strategic selling.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is preferred to serve diverse client bases.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets and expanding business opportunities.
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
