Dubs Construction Ltd. is a growing, high-quality outdoor living contractor specializing in custom decks, pergolas, fences, privacy screens, and backyard transformations. We’re looking for a motivated Carpentry Labourer / Apprentice who wants to learn the trade, take pride in their work, and grow with our company.
Whether you’re just starting out or already have some carpentry experience, we’ll provide hands-on training and opportunities to advance.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the construction of custom decks, pergolas, fences, and outdoor structures.
- Safely use hand and power tools.
- Load, unload, and organize materials.
- Keep job sites clean and professional.
- Learn carpentry techniques from experienced builders.
- Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Construction or carpentry experience is an asset but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a skilled trade.
