Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.
This role is essential for supporting efficient project workflows and facilitating seamless communication across departments. The position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals who excel in document management and possess strong organizational skills.
Duties
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions.
- Enter client’s required documentation list (SDRL) into Score’s documentation management system.
- Compile a document master list for each job file (SDS / A01), whilst adhering to document required dates, and final dossier sections / sub-sections.
- Log all documentation received from vendors, ensuring that each document shows the correct revision and document identification number.
- Issue documentation received from vendors, either directly to client’s DCC or to Score engineer / order owner for review, ensuring that each document shows the correct revision and document identification number.
- Log all documentation received back from client’s DCC.
- Issue documentation received from client’s DCC, either directly back to vendor or to Score engineer / order owner for further review.
- Compile final job / project dossiers.
- Submit final job / project dossier to client’s DCC for final approval
- Archive all approved documentation.
- ERP related system support for sales teams.
- Any other reasonable administration duties required to meet the requirements to support the business.

Qualifications
- Experience with 2–5 years of document control or records management experience.
- Experience within industrial services, oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, engineering, maintenance, or valve service environments is an asset.
- Experience supporting quality management systems and project documentation is considered an asset.
