We are seeking a friendly and efficient Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during breakfast hours, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting with food and beverage service. Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their breakfast needs, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations according to food safety standards
- Replenish supplies and ensure food safety protocols are followed during meal preparation and serving
- Handle food handling, cooking, and meal preparation tasks as needed
- Set up buffet or serving stations, ensuring proper food presentation and temperature control
- Assist with cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of food products
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during morning hours
- Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and meal presentation is desirable
- Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for guest interactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service operations
