Broadcast Sales Account Manager
YES TV is seeking an experienced, driven, and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our sales team. This role is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of block programming, commercial airtime, and digital advertising inventory while helping organizations connect with audiences through meaningful content.

Areas of Responsibility
Drive Revenue Growth
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through closing and account management
- Generate Ministry / Block Sales revenue through new and existing client relationships
- Sell commercial airtime and digital advertising inventory to achieve established revenue targets
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries
- Present digital advertising opportunities including simul-stream and digital inventory solutions
Build Client Relationships
- Champion the mission of YES TV to be Canada’s destination for faith programming.
- Develop strong long-term partnerships with clients and agencies
- Meet regularly with customers to understand business objectives and provide tailored solutions
- Create customized proposals, media plans, and campaign strategies that deliver value
- Provide ongoing customer support and relationship management throughout the customer lifecycle
Manage Sales Pipeline & Business Development
- Research and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients
- Conduct outreach activities including prospecting and cold calling
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression within company CRM systems
- Attend client meetings, industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required
General
- Aid in the collection of overdue accounts
- Assist with budget forecasting for sales
- Other duties as may be required
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years of media sales experience, preferably within television, broadcast, radio, or digital advertising
- Experience managing high-value accounts and delivering revenue growth
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage an active sales pipeline independently
- Understanding of integrated media solutions and advertising technologies
- Knowledge of Numeris analytics considered an asset
- Experience with CRM and sales management platforms (SDS experience preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Must have a valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation and be willing to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and events

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
