Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Front Desk Associate, you’ll be hired to inspire (h2i) and help grow our community by:
- Driving membership sales and achieving targets.
- Creating and executing club marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth operations.
- Building strong relationships and delivering an outstanding member experience.
Important: If you’re not comfortable with sales or connecting with potential members over the phone, this role may not be the right fit.
