About the Role
The position performs a variety of administrative, financial and clerical services for ITS Application Services/Project Portfolio Office. Coordinates the activities of temporary support staff, develops and maintains spreadsheets, and reconciles revenues, provides purchasing and budget reconciliation services. Provides secretarial support to the Director of Application Services, Assocaite Directors, and other administrative personnel by arranging appointments, meetings and travel, as well as word processing and editing a variety of documents as required. Performs recruitment tasks, assists with ePAR submissions, schedules new staff interviews, provides office orientation and training on office equipment, and follows staff time reporting procedures.
