Ferguson Corporation is seeking experienced and reliable Glaziers based in Calgary to join our installation team on a fixed-term basis. Successful candidates will be assigned to out-of-town commercial construction projects located in either Lethbridge, Alberta or Winnipeg, Manitoba.
In this hands-on field role, you will install high-performance architectural glazing systems on major commercial projects while working alongside a skilled and safety-focused team. From curtain wall and storefront systems to skylights and aluminum doors, your work will directly contribute to complex and visually striking buildings across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities
- Install curtain wall, storefront, unitized, strip window, skylight, and aluminum door systems
- Safely handle, lift, and install glass and aluminum components
- Read and interpret shop drawings and installation details
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Work at heights using scaffolding, swing stages, or elevated work platforms
- Maintain quality workmanship and identify/report deficiencies or damage
- Follow all company and site safety requirements, including PPE and fall protection
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Collaborate with Lead Hands, Superintendents, and fellow crew members to meet project schedules
Qualifications & Requirements
- Journeyperson Glazier certification preferred; equivalent glazing experience will be considered
- Experience with commercial glazing systems strongly preferred
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift heavy materials regularly
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices
- Fall Protection, MEWP, WHMIS, and CSTS certifications considered assets
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
