Client Manager – Immigration ServicesOverview
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven Client Manager to join our growing immigration team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and sales abilities who is passionate about helping clients navigate their immigration journey while building long-term relationships.
The Client Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service, smooth onboarding, and ongoing support throughout the immigration process. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the immigration industry, understand client handling in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working toward monthly sales and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients by understanding their immigration goals and needs
- Manage client accounts and provide regular updates throughout the application process
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely document collection, file processing, and service delivery
- Guide clients professionally through consultations, onboarding, and follow-up processes
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling immigration services where appropriate
- Utilize CRM systems and internal tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and progress
- Work closely with management and marketing teams to support lead conversion and client retention strategies
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries professionally and promptly
- Support sales efforts through consultations, follow-ups, and closing strategies
- Meet monthly sales and performance targets once management determines the candidate is fully trained and ready
Requirements & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the immigration field is mandatory
- Previous experience in sales, client management, account management, or customer service roles preferred
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships
- Experience using CRM systems such as Miro or similar platforms is an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes is highly preferred

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
