Help Grow Nutra Meals Across British Columbia
Nutra Meals Food Service is a fast-growing BC company providing fresh, scratch-made meals to childcare centres and expanding into senior centres, community meal programs, schools, nonprofits, and corporate lunch services.
We're looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual who enjoys meeting new people, building long-term relationships, and making a real impact in their community.
This is more than a sales position. As our Field Sales Representative & Account Manager, you'll be responsible for growing new business while building lasting relationships with the clients you bring on. You'll become the face of Nutra Meals throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, email outreach, and in-person visits.
- Build relationships with childcare centres, senior centres, community organizations, schools, nonprofits, and corporate clients.
- Present Nutra Meals' meal programs and services through tastings and meetings.
- Prepare quotes and proposals.
- Successfully onboard new clients.
- Regularly visit existing client accounts to build relationships, gather feedback, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Conduct regular client appreciation visits and proactively identify opportunities to improve service before concerns arise.
- Strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure every client receives outstanding service.
- Represent Nutra Meals professionally within the community and build long-term partnerships.

Starting Wage
Performance Incentives
- $250 New Account Bonus for every new account that begins service.
- $250 Retention Bonus when that account remains active for 90 consecutive days.
- $250 Growth Bonus for every additional 100 average daily meals secured through the new accounts you bring in.
- Portfolio Commission: Earn $0.10 per meal served through the accounts you bring in while those accounts remain active and under your management, in accordance with the current company compensation plan.
- Quarterly performance bonuses based on net meal growth, client retention, and overall performance.
- Company vehicle provided during working hours (or equivalent travel arrangement).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and in-person sales.
- Valid BC Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Sales, food service, hospitality, childcare, healthcare, nonprofit, or community organization experience is an asset, but not required.

Pay: $41,500.00-$72,500.00 per year
