Greenstone Immigration Service is a fast growing company specializing in Canadian Visa. An assistant will work closely with our consulting team to serve our clients.
Position:Office Administrator / Immigration Assistant
Job Duties:
- Manage clients' applications
- Prepare all documents related to immigration, visa, permit etc.
- To be familiar with various immigration application systems
- Respond client in a timely manner to ensure good service experience for our clients.
- Handle a high volume of general correspondence.
- Answer telephone calls and route as appropriate.
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Maintain document and payment records (incoming/ outgoing).
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Cope with urgent matters under time pressure.
- Take up other duties as they may arise.
Job Requirement:
- Experience in immigration application is a great asset
- Documentation abilities is a must
- Detail orientated is a must
- English is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
