Poly-Mor Canada Inc. is Canada’s leading geotechnical polyurethane injection specialist. Since 1998, we have helped homeowners, contractors, municipalities, and asset owners restore and stabilize concrete and infrastructure with minimally disruptive solutions. Our services include concrete lifting and leveling, void filling, soil stabilization, and leak sealing for both residential and commercial applications across Canada.
We are continuing to expand across Southwestern Ontario and are seeking a driven, professional Sales Representative to support both residential and commercial growth in the London market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and managing opportunities from initial contact through project completion. You will work directly with homeowners, property managers, contractors, municipalities, and commercial clients to deliver practical, long-term solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound residential and commercial leads
- Conduct on-site assessments and identify settlement, voiding, and structural concerns
- Prepare and present professional proposals and estimates
- Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, property managers, municipalities, and commercial clients
- Follow up consistently to close opportunities and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate sold projects with Production Supervisors and Operations teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage your sales pipeline
- Represent Poly-Mor professionally throughout the London and Southwestern Ontario region
- Participate in networking, business development, and territory growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, building services, or in-home sales
- Have 2+ years experience in concrete lifting
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, organized, and performance-oriented with excellent prospecting skills
- Comfortable working independently in a field sales environment
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend practical solutions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A team-first mindset with adaptability in a growing market
