The Role: Staining Specialist Reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
What Success Looks Like
- You prepare, stain, and finish timber components with precision and consistency
- You select appropriate products and techniques to match project specifications
- You maintain a clean and organized staining area and follow all safety protocols
- You collaborate with production and yard teams to ensure timely workflow
- You uphold the high-quality aesthetic that defines the Cornerstone brand
Qualifications
- Experience with wood staining or finishing in a construction or manufacturing environment
- Understanding of different wood species and how they respond to various stains and finishes
- Ability to work with solvents, oils, and finishing tools safely and efficiently
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Willingness to learn and follow established processes
- High school diploma or equivalent

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent, Evening Shift (1:30pm - 10:00pm)
Shift Type: Weekend Shift (Wed. - Sat.)·
