Norstar Auto & Body is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician who specializes in vehicle denting, body repair, and painting. The ideal candidate should be confident working independently and delivering high-quality finishes.
Responsibilities
- Perform denting and straightening of vehicle body panels
- Carry out auto body repairs (minor to major damage)
- Prepare surfaces for paint (sanding, filling, masking)
- Perform painting and refinishing with quality standards
- Match paint colors and ensure smooth finishes
- Replace or repair damaged body parts (fenders, bumpers, doors, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow shop procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in auto body denting & painting
- Strong knowledge of body repair tools and equipment
- Experience with paint preparation and spraying
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
