Responsible to the Manager, Parking Services and reports to the Coordinator, Parking Services, responsible for supervising three to ten assigned staff engaged in parking administration and coordinating the workflow of the department. Performs a variety of clerical support functions using word processing, presentation, database, and specialized software tools. Also assists with parking projects and maintenance related work.
Travel may be a requirement of this position. If applicable, transportation arrangements must meet the operational requirements of the Vancouver Island Health Authority in accordance with the service assignment and the incumbent must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
Grade 12, three years' recent, related experience including one year in a supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
