Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Operate phone systems to answer calls, take messages, and provide information about hotel services.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality in all interactions with guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy setting.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
