Overview
We are seeking a dependable and professional Taxi Driver to provide safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. This role offers an opportunity to work flexible hours while ensuring passengers reach their destinations comfortably and on time.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a taxi vehicle to transport passengers to various destinations within the city or designated area
- Greet passengers warmly and assist with boarding, luggage handling, and seating arrangements as needed
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger safety at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle through regular inspections and basic maintenance
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including collecting fares and providing change when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by being polite, attentive, and responsive to passenger needs
- Adhere to company policies regarding service standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in driving, preferably with NS class 4 Drivers License but will also help the right candidate obtain 1
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with diverse passengers
- Excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality and efficient route planning
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of local streets, routes, and traffic patterns for optimal navigation
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations professionally
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $500.00-$1,000.00 per week
