We are looking for a Level II Dental Assistant with at least 2 years of dental office experience to join our beautiful, privately-owned dental practice in North York.
This is not a traditional dental assistant role. We are looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven team player who can support the doctors, hygienists, front desk, and management while helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and confident in accepting recommended treatment.
You will play a vital role in keeping the practice running smoothly, maintaining an excellent patient experience, and helping our patients achieve the highest level of dental health.

Schedule Requirements:
Candidates must be able to work 6–8 hour shifts on weekdays and weekends.
● Weekday shifts may start as early as 8:45 AM and end as late as 8:00 PM
● Weekend shifts may run between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist doctors and hygienists chairside as needed
● Support front desk and management with patient flow and coordination
● Help create a warm, welcoming, and professional patient experience
● Coordinate treatment plans and clearly communicate treatment recommendations to patients
● Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment
● Help patients understand the value and urgency of recommended care
● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly treatment/sales targets as outlined by office management
● Contribute to overall office productivity, organization, and patient satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
● Level II Dental Assistant certification required
● Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required
● Strong communication and patient service skills
● Must be confident discussing treatment, fees, scheduling, and next steps with patients
● Must be sales-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable meeting treatment acceptance targets
● Must be reliable, flexible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
● Must be a true team player willing to assist doctors, hygienists, front desk, and management as needed
