Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a knack for analyzing markets and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
-sales calls are conducted in person at the customers business - sales rep must have a drivers license and reliable transportation. Follow up with current accounts open new accounts and aquire new leads
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Utilize Square CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for business development
Skills
- Strong customer service skills and sales
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets preferred in the Beauty and Barber markets not necessary though if skills match
- Knowledge of using technology with sales techniques. Knowledge of current market trends and keep up to date with new trends and launches
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
