À propos du poste
Nous embauchons un(e) manœuvre / membre d’équipe en aménagement paysager à temps plein pour soutenir nos équipes terrain sur des projets hardscape commerciaux et résidentiels. La personne retenue participera également à des travaux de soutien liés à l’installation de piscines dans le cadre de la livraison de nos projets. Nous cherchons quelqu’un de motivé, fiable et expérimenté — l’expérience en hardscape et en machinerie est un atout important.
Opportunité à l’année
Notre objectif est d’embaucher une personne qui restera avec nous pendant la saison hivernale afin de soutenir nos opérations de déneigement. Pour la bonne personne, il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein, à l’année.
Responsabilités (ce que vous ferez)
Soutien aux travaux hardscape (pavé-uni / interlock)
- Aider à la préparation du chantier : mise en place, protection des zones, organisation des matériaux et outils
- Participer à l’excavation et au déblai/remblai (pelle, brouette, râteaux, etc.)
- Étendre, niveler et compacter les matériaux de fondation (0-3/¾ net, poussière de pierre, sable)
- Aider au tirage de sable (screeding) et à la mise en place des lignes et des niveaux
- Transporter et fournir les pavés à l’équipe; assister à la pose et au maintien de l’alignement
- Faire la coupe de pavés (si expérimenté) et assister au contrôle des détails de finition
- Installer/assister à l’installation de bordures/retenues, appliquer le sable polymère, compactage final et nettoyage
Travaux paysagers généraux (softscape)
- Préparer et façonner le terrain (râteau, nivellement, finition)
- Pose de tourbe : préparation, mise en place, roulage et finition des bordures
- Plantation (arbres, arbustes, vivaces), ajout de terre/amendements, paillis
- Entretien du chantier : chargement/déchargement, manutention, maintien d’un site propre et sécuritaire
Expérience en machinerie (atout)
- Expérience à opérer ou à assister avec :
- Dingo / mini chargeuse (mini skid steer)
- Chargeuse (front-end loader)
- Plaque vibrante, scie à béton/coupeuse (cut-off saw), etc.
Profil recherché
- Expérience en aménagement paysager, hardscape ou construction (hardscape = atout important)
- Expérience en machinerie (Dingo/mini skid steer, chargeuse) : un atout
- Bonne forme physique et à l’aise de travailler dehors dans des conditions exigeantes
- Fiable, ponctuel(le) et axé(e) sur la sécurité
- Esprit d’équipe : capable de suivre les directives et de prendre des initiatives
- Permis de conduire : un atout
- Capable de se déplacer de façon fiable jusqu’à Dorval

BB Landscaping Inc. is a Dorval-based landscaping company serving the Greater Montreal area. We’ve been in operation since 1991 and deliver high-quality commercial and residential landscaping projects, with a strong focus on hardscape.
About the role
We’re hiring a full-time Landscaping Laborer / Team Member to support our field crews across commercial and residential hardscape projects. The successful candidate will also assist with pool installation support work as part of our project delivery. We’re looking for someone motivated, dependable, and experienced—hardscape and equipment experience are strong assets.
Year-round opportunity
Our goal is to hire someone who will stay on with us through the winter season to support our snow removal operations. For the right person, this a year-round, full-time role.
Responsibilities (what you’ll do)
Hardscape / interlock (experience an asset)
- Installing and repairing pavé-uni / interlock pavers
- Site prep: excavation, leveling, grading, base building, compaction
- Screeding bedding sand, setting lines and levels, cutting pavers
- Edge restraints, polymeric sand, finishing and clean-up
- Retaining walls, steps, and related hardscape tasks (asset)
Softscape / general landscaping
- Leveling, grading, and final shaping of soil
- Sod installation (prep, laying, rolling, clean edges)
- Planting (trees, shrubs, perennials), soil amendments, mulching
- General site work: loading/unloading materials, keeping the site clean and organized
Equipment experience (asset)
Experience operating or assisting with:
- Dingo / mini skid steer
- Front-end loader
What we’re looking for
- Landscaping, hardscape, or construction experience (hardscape is a strong asset)
- Equipment experience is an asset (Dingo/mini skid steer, front-end loader)
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in demanding conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Team player who can follow direction and take initiative
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Must be able to reliably commute to Dorval
