Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly <PERSON> to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including meal preparation, cooking, and food handling
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate cashiering and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist with food presentation and ensure quality control during meal preparation
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Support team members in various restaurant operations including serving, cleaning, and restocking supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred; experience with kitchen operations or hotel services is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation are desirable
- Reliable transportation and the ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Pay: $15.20-$18.48 per hour
