· Ability to work under the pressure of a busy kitchen, stay calm and work as part of our culinary team
· Ability to delegate appropriately to team members
· Organizational flair
· Ensure your cooking stations is fully supplied for service
· Prep ingredients for service
· Follow the guidance of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef teams
· Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
· Will be able to lead our weekend Brunch service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
