Our client is seeking an ambitious and highly organized professional to join their growing team as a IT Operations Coordinator. This is a dynamic role that combines leadership, project coordination, customer relationship management, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges or scheduling conflicts.
- Manage higher-level administrative functions, reporting, documentation, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with technicians and management to improve workflows and service delivery.
- Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded through exceptional communication and follow-up.
- Assist with business development initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
- Maintain accurate project records and operational documentation.
- Support a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a technology, IT, telecommunications, or technical services environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Confidence interacting with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience coordinating teams, projects, or operations is considered a strong asset.
