We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative support, including accounts receivable, invoicing, accounts payable, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, accurate, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounts receivable, including applying customer payments and account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable, including entering vendor bills, credit card charges, preparing bills for weekly payments, and recording payments
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain customer and vendor records
- Investigate and resolve customer and vendor inquiries related to payments and billing
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Deposit cheques and process credit card payments
- Assist with basic reporting and data entry tasks
- Process credit checks
- Support miscellaneous administrative duties as required
- Identify opportunities to improve bookkeeping workflows and processes

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
