Overview
North Moore Catering Ltd. is hiring Line Cooks to join the team at Bear & Frankie’s, with opportunities to support catering operations as well. This is a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment located across from Canada Life Place focused on quality, consistency, and execution. Ideal candidates are dependable, hardworking, and take pride in what they put on the plate.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute menu items to spec in a high-volume kitchen
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Assist with prep, station setup, and closing duties
- Support catering prep and off-site events when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience required
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Assets (Not Required)
- Experience in a scratch kitchen
- Artisan or Neapolitan pizza experience
- Catering or high-volume service experience
- Fine dining experience
