Responsibilities:

Execute a wide range of landscaping projects including design, mulch installation, tree/shrub/garden planting, pruning, decking, fencing, and concrete work

Work alongside team using tools like 5 Ton dump trucks, trailers, brick installation tools, blowers, and pruning equipment

Safely operate and oversee the use of large trucks, trailers, and dump body equipment for material transport and site work

Engage with customers to address landscaping issues

Ensure health & safety compliance

Ensure quality work on time and within budget by delegating tasks effectively
Qualifications:

Clean/valid drivers license
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
College diploma in horticulture or equivalent is preferred
-
Proficient in hardscape projects, interlock and stone installation, equipment operation, and grading
-
Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents

Estimation, design skills, and health & safety experience are assets
-
Able to lift or move over 50 pounds
