Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile <PERSON> to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills including blueprint reading, concrete forming, cabinetry, masonry, roofing, and electrical experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require hands-on craftsmanship, technical knowledge, and attention to detail. The position is full-time and involves working on various construction sites and manufacturing environments, contributing to high-quality building and renovation projects.
Duties
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise project execution
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to create durable structures
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, siding, and roofing materials with accuracy and craftsmanship
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct construction painting, caulking, plumbing, electrical work, and woodworking tasks as needed
- Assist with construction estimating by measuring materials and assessing project scope
- Execute restoration projects including surface preparation and finishing touches
- Assemble components for various building projects while adhering to safety standards
- Handle heavy lifting safely during material transport and installation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or manufacturing environments with skills in carpentry, masonry, roofing, or related trades
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other relevant equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks over extended periods
- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, siding installation, or handyman services is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse project settings
- Valid driver’s license preferred for site travel purposes
- Prior experience in restoration or woodworking is advantageous
