Front Desk Attendant — Luxury Vacation Rentals
Seasonal Position- May through September
Casa Loma Lakeshore Resort (West Kelowna) & Zara at Lakestone (Lake Country)
We are hiring multiple team members to join our front desk and guest experience team across two of the Okanagan’s premier resort properties — Casa Loma Lakeshore Resort in West Kelowna and Zara at Lakestone in Lake Country.
Our goal is to build a strong team to provide full-time coverage, 7 days per week, delivering a seamless, elevated guest experience.
Role Overview
You will be a key part of our on-site team, acting as the face of the brand and ensuring every guest receives a five-star, high-touch experience from arrival to departure.
This is not a traditional front desk role — it is a hybrid guest experience and operations position.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests with a warm, professional presence
- Provide a concierge-style guest experience
- Manage guest requests, questions, and concerns in real time
- Conduct on-site unit inspections to ensure quality standards
- Coordinate with operations, cleaning, and maintenance teams
- Support day-to-day operational needs across both properties
- Ensure all guest interactions meet a luxury-level standard
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and detail-oriented
- Calm, proactive, and solution-focused
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Schedule
- Multiple positions available
- Coverage required 7 days per week
- Shifts will be scheduled across the team to ensure full coverage
