Duties
- Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to client preferences
- Provide skincare treatments and esthetician services as applicable
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products
- Upsell retail products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing transactions
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing professional development
