Glowing Growth Autism Services offers behavioural and educational services to families and children affected by autism. Our approach is founded on the evidence-based practices of Applied Behavior Analysis. We aim to reduce challenging behaviors that interfere the day-to-day functioning of the child and the family, and teach meaningful skills across a variety of developmental areas, including language and communication, social, self-help, motor, cognitive, play skills.
The ABA Supervised Instructor Therapists provide direct intervention for the client and is responsible for implementing programs according to the treatment plan, recording data, and documenting session notes. ITs report directly to the case R.B.A/BCBA Program Supervisor, and will receive on-going supervision from the Program Supervisors.
Job Descriptions
- Work directly with children with ASD
- Implement programs developed by the program supervisor
- Work independently in a 1:1 setting or in a small group setting
- Report directly to the clinical director and the program supervisor
- Communicate with parents and team members regularly
Qualification
- Must hold a Bachalor's Degree in the related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience of working within the principle of ABA
- Valid Criminal Background Check and Vulnerable Sector Screen.
