Participate in the preparation and assembly of meals by performing duties such as:
- Count, weigh and measure ingredients for assigned food production area
- Prepare and serves beverages
- Prepare vegetable and desserts as per prep schedule
- Assemble sandwiches
- Portion meal trays and special diet trays as per meal schedule
- Load meal carts and prepare for delivery.
- Clean carts and trolleys and wash dishes/pots
- Maintain storage areas in a clean and orderly manner
- Work efficiently and handle all equipment and products safely
Performs any reasonable request as assigned or directed by management in a suitable timeframe.
