Bay and College Physiotherapy and Rehab is a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic located in the core of Downtown Toronto, steps from public transit and major office, residential, and university hubs. Our team includes physiotherapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists delivering patient centered care.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced practitioners and new graduates.
Work Schedule
Available shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and or Saturday.
Standard shifts are 4 hours, with flexibility and negotiable scheduling based on availability and clinic needs.
Candidates may choose from the following compensation models:
- Independent contractor hourly rate of $70 per hour
- Split percentage model of 70 percent therapist / 30 percent clinic
- Employment option at $57 per hour plus 4 percent vacation pay, in accordance with the Employment Standards Act (Ontario)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide massage therapy treatments in accordance with CMTO standards
- Complete clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice
- Ensure a positive, respectful, and safe patient experience
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the CMTO
- Liability insurance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient centered care
