We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to join our growing sales team in Kamloops. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers maximize the performance and longevity of their heavy equipment.
As a trusted advisor to equipment owners, managers, and operators, you will provide value-driven solutions through the sale of heavy equipment parts, undercarriage components, shop services, and related product support offerings. Your ability to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service will play a key role in growing market share and strengthening long-term customer partnerships.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with equipment owners, managers, and operators throughout your assigned territory.
- Promote and sell heavy equipment parts, undercarriage products, shop services, and related support solutions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely support and recommendations that add value to their operations.
- Identify new business opportunities while expanding sales within existing accounts.
- Conduct undercarriage inspections and measurements as required to support customer maintenance and replacement decisions.
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to develop effective sales strategies and territory plans.
- Prepare and maintain weekly call reports, call planners, and activity updates.
- Participate in industry associations, trade shows, customer appreciation events, and other networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel, as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably within the heavy equipment, construction, industrial, or related industries.
- Product Support Sales experience or comparable technical sales experience is considered a strong asset.
- Working knowledge of the heavy equipment industry and its products, services, and customer base.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, as well as CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
- Comfortable working primarily in the field while maintaining regular interaction with office-based teams.
