Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting and hiring for warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, and office positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting methods.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication.
- Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in company databases and software systems.
- Support onboarding processes and new hire documentation.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and team members by phone, email, and text.
- Conduct sales calls and business development outreach to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain ongoing business relationships.
- Assist with daily administrative duties and staffing operations.
- Support client requests and ensure excellent customer service.
- Learn staffing industry best practices, employment standards, and recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Excellent attitude and willingness to learn.

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (minimum CLB/Level 5 English preferred).

- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical Skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications.
- Comfortable using email, internet platforms, and online software systems.
- Ability to quickly learn new programs and recruitment software.
- Experience using job boards, social media platforms, and online communication tools is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales, recruiting, staffing, retail, warehouse, or office environments.
- Knowledge of WHMIS, GMP, workplace safety, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience working in a staffing agency or recruitment environment.
- Additional language skills are highly valued, including:
- Hindi
- Punjabi
- Spanish
- Farsi
- Urdu
- Arabic
Availability
- Available Monday through Friday.
- Flexible and dependable during regular business hours.
- Available for occasional additional support when business needs require.
