Position Summary:
The Skilled Road Crew Technician is a hands-on, labour-intensive role as part of our seasonal road crew (April–November). This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, working as part of a team, and being involved in all aspects of road marking operations.
While a Class 3 license is required, this is not a driving-only position. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time working on the ground with the crew, with driving and operating the spray truck being one component of a broader role.
You will work closely with your crew under a Team Lead, traveling between worksites across the Lower Mainland, with occasional travel to Vancouver Island and Interior BC.
Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays are common due to weather and project timelines.
Training will be provided in both classroom and on-site settings.
