Wind Whistle Landscaping
Wind Whistle Landscaping is a small, well-established landscaping and construction company based north of Toronto, with regular work throughout the GTA
We are currently looking primarily for a strong general labourer to join the crew.
This position is less about high-level technical skill and more about attitude, work ethic, and being somebody who genuinely enjoys working hard and getting things done.
We are looking for somebody who:
- Has a positive attitude and works well with others
- Is physically fit and comfortable with demanding outdoor work
- Is proactive and motivated without needing constant direction
- Takes pride in doing good work
- Shows up consistently and on time
- Keeps a good pace throughout the day
- Is reasonably calm, grounded, and focused on the work
- Ideally has at least some landscaping or construction experience
You do not need to be a master landscaper.
If you have a couple years of landscaping experience and are a strong worker with a good attitude, we are very interested in hearing from you.
Typical work includes:
- Moving materials
- Excavation and wheelbarrow work
- Assisting with patios, retaining walls, gardens, and grading
- Site cleanup and organization
- Planting and garden installation
- General residential landscaping and construction labour
Pay Range
- Entry level / strong labourer: approximately $20 to $25 per hour
- Some experience and solid work ethic: approximately $25 to $30 per hour
- Mid-level landscaping skills combined with exceptional reliability and work ethic: potentially up to $35 per hour
Work Season
Typically mid to late March through early to mid December, depending on weather and project flow.
