Baccalieu Trail Brewing Co. is hiring full-time and part-time Kitchen Team Members for the busy summer season from June through September!
Our brewery taproom is one of Bay Roberts’ favourite local spots for craft beer, great food, and live events. We’re looking for motivated, reliable students and seasonal workers who enjoy working in a team environment and thrive in a busy kitchen.
Whether you already have kitchen experience or are looking to build valuable hospitality skills, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our kitchen team, you’ll help prepare and serve our popular pub-style menu by:
- Cooking burgers, chicken, fries, appetizers, and daily features
- Working grill, fryer, and prep stations
- Keeping orders organized during busy rushes
- Preparing ingredients and stocking stations
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Working closely with the front and back of house teams to provide a great customer experience
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Is dependable, hardworking, and motivated
- Works well with others and has a positive attitude
- Stays organized under pressure
- Takes pride in quality and consistency
- Can stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Is available for evenings and weekends during the summer season
Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Schedule
Shifts include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Summer is our busiest season, so expect an energetic and exciting work environment all season long.
Preference may be given to applicants living in Bay Roberts and surrounding areas.
