We are currently seeking a Full-Time Deli Supervisor to join our team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, preparing quality food, and helping create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.
Availability Requirements
- Full-time (approximately 32-40 hours per week)
- Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and at least one weekend day
- Able to perform opening and closing duties as a key holder

What You'll Do
Reporting to the Deli Manager, you'll help oversee the daily operation of the department while leading by example and ensuring exceptional food quality and customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare, cook, and bake fresh deli products according to company recipes and standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Supervise, coach, and support department team members
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees
- Perform opening and closing duties as a store key holder
- Order, receive, stock, merchandise, and rotate products
- Maintain attractive, well-stocked displays
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and health regulations are consistently followed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Support inventory control, loss prevention, and operational standards
- Assist other departments and perform additional duties as required
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a deli, kitchen, restaurant, or food production environment
- Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- A passion for fresh food and exceptional customer service
- A valid Food Safe Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
