We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Manager to lead the organization's enterprise architecture function, providing strategic leadership across business, application, data, infrastructure, cloud, and security architecture. This role is responsible for developing and governing enterprise architecture standards, leading a team of architects, and ensuring technology investments align with organizational objectives, digital transformation initiatives, and long-term business strategy. The successful candidate will operate as both a strategic advisor and people leader, collaborating closely with executive leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive scalable, secure, and innovative enterprise solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise, Infrastructure, Software, Hardware, and Cloud Architects.

Develop, maintain, and evolve the organization's Enterprise Architecture strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance framework.

Ensure enterprise architecture aligns with corporate strategy, business priorities, and IT modernization initiatives.

Establish and govern architecture principles, standards, reference models, and best practices across the organization.

Promote architectural consistency, interoperability, scalability, resilience, and security across enterprise platforms.
- Provide strategic technology guidance to executive leadership on enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.

Develop multi-year architecture roadmaps supporting business capabilities and organizational growth.

Evaluate emerging technologies including cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, automation, and digital services.

Identify opportunities to modernize enterprise systems while reducing technical debt and improving operational efficiency.

Support technology investment decisions through architecture assessments, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
- Review and approve solution architectures for enterprise projects and initiatives.

Conduct enterprise architecture assessments to identify risks, gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.

Ensure architecture solutions comply with enterprise standards, security requirements, regulatory obligations, and governance processes.

Define architecture review processes and oversee compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Provide architectural oversight for enterprise initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technology capabilities.

Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, application development, and operations teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.

Build strong relationships across IT and business functions to promote architecture adoption and governance.

Prepare executive presentations, technology roadmaps, architecture documentation, and governance reports.

Support vendor evaluations and maintain relationships with strategic technology partners.
- Lead performance management, coaching, mentoring, and professional development for the architecture team.

Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise architecture methodologies, governance, and service delivery.
- Proven experience leading Enterprise Architecture functions within large, complex enterprise environments.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing architecture teams and providing technical direction.

Strong background developing enterprise architecture strategies, governance models, and technology roadmaps.

Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation and modernization initiatives.

Experience working across infrastructure, cloud, applications, integration, security, and data architecture.

Experience engaging senior executives and business stakeholders on strategic technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.

Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of enterprise integration, APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, architecture governance, and enterprise technology standards.

Understanding of business capability modelling, application portfolios, and technology lifecycle management.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

TOGAF Certification or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification is strongly preferred.

Additional architecture, cloud, or technology certifications are considered an asset.
