Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations. This role involves handling data entry, managing correspondence, and assisting with front desk duties in a professional and efficient manner. Candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills will excel in this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Greet visitors at the front desk with excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Handle filing, document organization, and proofreading to ensure accuracy of all paperwork
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and supporting bookkeeping activities
- Provide customer service support by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Support operations by managing work records and coordinating communication between staff and clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Ability to speak, read, and write Chinese is required.
- Canadian work experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and service-minded
- Friendly, patient, and approachable with customers
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
