Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and a dedication to customer service. The Massage Therapist will work in a welcoming environment focused on enhancing clients' health and comfort through personalized treatments.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop customized therapy plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or self-care routines.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress while respecting confidentiality standards.
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout the session.
Experience
- Prior experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and address client concerns.

Pay: $70.00-$75.00 per hour
