The Role
We're looking for a labourer who knows their way around a framing crew. You don't need a ticket, but you need real experience and the ability to keep pace on an active residential site. Footing and ICF experience is a bonus. If you can also hang windows or run siding, you're exactly who we want.
What You'll Be Doing
- Framing on new residential and multi-unit builds
- Supporting footing and foundation work as needed
- Assisting with ICF installation where applicable
- Installing windows and exterior doors
- Installing siding (vinyl, fibre cement, or similar)
- Loading, unloading, and staging materials
- Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized
What We're Looking For
- Solid hands-on framing experience — this is the core requirement
- Footing and foundation experience is a bonus
- ICF experience is a bonus
- Windows, doors, and siding experience is an even bigger bonus
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Collingwood area
- Ability to work independently and take direction from a foreman
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Compensation
- $30.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience
- Paid weekly
