Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our bustling restaurant. Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure high-quality standards.
- Manage staff recruitment, interviewing, training, and supervision to foster a motivated and efficient team.
- Handle cash handling, POS transactions (including Micros POS), and daily financial reporting with accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen operations to optimize efficiency.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and enhance the restaurant’s reputation within the community.
- Enforce health and safety policies, including food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
- Lead by example in hospitality, leadership, and teamwork to create a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with hotel or barista teams if applicable to ensure seamless service across departments.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership roles.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.

- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus; barista experience is advantageous.
