Our incredible team includes Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), and Acupuncturists. Key Responsibilities :
- Commit fully to your paid onboarding program to get up to speed quickly.
- Deliver an exceptional, welcoming patient experience over the phone and at the front desk.
- Master our clinic software to easily schedule patients, manage workflows, invoice, and collect payments.
- Provide empathetic, high-level support to patients and healthcare providers in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Participate in continuous training and sign up for monthly "ROCKS" to hit your personal development targets.
- Keep track of simple weekly metrics to monitor and celebrate your own success.

Preferred Qualifications (NOT Required):
- Prior experience in retail settings or inbound/outbound phone environments.
- Previous work in a healthcare setting (medical office, clinic reception, or Medical Secretary Diploma).
- Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic, or acupuncture environments.
- Casual exposure to third-party billing portals (Telus Health, Blue Cross, Provider Connect, MVA, or WSIB/WCB).
- Comfortable learning new computer software, data entry, and handling basic office equipment.
