Canuck Security Services has been a trusted brand in the BC security industry for over 20 years. We specialize in providing professional security guard services and AI-powered surveillance systems to construction sites, commercial properties, and government contracts.
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with a proven track record in the security industry, ideally someone who understands how to respond to RFPs, build strong client relationships, and sell complete security packages—including guarding, mobile patrols, and camera systems/monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by targeting construction sites, commercial developments, public infrastructure, and government agencies
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and security tenders with compelling, accurate proposals
- Present and sell security services, including:
- On-site security guards
- Mobile patrol & alarm response
- Camera installation & live monitoring
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to design customized client solutions
- Develop long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Represent Canuck Security at industry events and meetings
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the security industry (guards and/or electronic surveillance)
- Strong knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes, particularly in construction or government sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, organized, and results-focused
- Established network in BC’s construction or property management sectors is a strong asset
Compensation:
We offer a Starting Salary $60,000 per Year based on experience and performance.
Salary is not a barrier for the right candidate.
