At Solid Stone Countertops we specialize in the sale and fabrication of stone countertops for homes and businesses. We take pride in providing tailored service, accurate fabrication, quick scheduling and careful installation. From replacing countertops in Winnipeg homes to large commercial projects, we are well-equipped to handle projects of all sizes and boast one of the largest fabrication shops in the city.
We are currently in need of an experienced Project Coordinator to join our sales team. If you are personable, highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multi-task and efficiently manage multiple stages of a project, we encourage you to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads and greet customers in our showroom
- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities
- Keep up with current countertop trends and products available
- Explain, suggest, and demonstrate features of products we carry
- Compile accurate information for projects through discussion with customers
- Prepare sales estimates and paperwork accurately and efficiently, collect and process payment
- Coordinate with vendors and teammates to ensure high-quality output
- Manage multiple projects at different stages, in collaboration with other Solid Stone teams
- Meet personal/team sales targets
- Participate in trade shows as required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven customer support, sales and/or project coordination experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on high-level customer service
- Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and cloud-based software
- Willingness to learn, flexibility, and confident adoption of new skills
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
