Touch Brain Counselor is a mental health clinic dedicated to helping individuals improve their well-being through counselling and brain-based therapies. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Neurofeedback Assistant to join our team.
Position Overview
The Neurofeedback Assistant will support clinicians by preparing clients for neurofeedback sessions, operating equipment under supervision, monitoring sessions, and ensuring a positive client experience. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Prepare clients for neurofeedback sessions.
* Set up and remove neurofeedback equipment and sensors.
* Monitor sessions and assist clients as needed.
* Maintain accurate session records.
* Clean and organize treatment rooms and equipment.
* Schedule appointments and perform light administrative duties when required.
* Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in healthcare, psychology, neuroscience, kinesiology, counselling, or a related field is an asset.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Comfortable working with technology and computer-based systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with neurofeedback is an asset, but training will be provided.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
