West Edmonton business is looking for a long-term, part-time employee to join our team.
Looking for a journeyman millwright, which plays an important role in the fast-paced machine shop.
Duties
- Program, set up and operate lathe and mill to produce precision parts to perform repetitive machining
-Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Experience with mill and lathe
-Fabrication skills
-Plant maintenance
-Repair equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
-Eligible to work in Canada
-Read/write English
10-20 hours per week
