Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will help prepare high-quality meals while supporting an organized, safe, and efficient kitchen. Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation
- Assist with food prep, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and setting up stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area and the kitchen at all times
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and report low supplies as needed
- Store food properly to maintain quality and minimize waste
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter most
- Knowledge of food safety and proper handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- A team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and ingredients
