We are seeking an organized and motivated sales professional to join our team. As our lead salesperson , you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers in the Okanagan Valley. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales to contribute to our company's growth. Past experience in Solar Energy or Home Services and Sales is required. This is a salary + commission based job with a high earning potential for the right individual. We receive leads daily, and it will be your job to follow-up and win the deal. Your growth and expansion of our sales program will translate into a growth and expansion of your salary and commission rate. This is not a door to door sales job based on strictly commission, you will earn a living wage and contribute to the roll-out of renewable energy initiatives.

We specialize in Grid Tied solar installations for Residential and Commercial Markets, as well as Battery Backup and Small Wind products for Remote Locations. Seeking Applicants for a Sales Lead position with Okanagan Solar
Job Roles
- Receive and manage inquiries with prospective clients through phone, email and website
- Perform site visits to meet customers and document job sites
- Create solar designs and proposals through web based 3D modelling software
- Work with customers based on their needs to build the best project possible
- Build estimates and quotes based on site visits and proposals
- Work with team members to co-ordinate relevant items for job installations
- Organize field documentation in company database
- Availability by phone Mon – Friday, 8-4:30
Base salary + Commission
Must be located in Central Okanagan (Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country)
